Refund and cancellation policy

The trial class is free. There is nothing to refund and we do not ask for payment details to book one.

If you tell us within fourteen days of the first session that the course is not right for your child, we refund the full amount you have paid for that period. No reason is needed.

Cancel before the next billing period and nothing further is charged. If you cancel part way through a period that is already paid for, we refund the unused sessions in that period on a pro-rata basis, counting from the date you tell us.

Sessions a student did not attend but that ran as scheduled are not refunded, beyond the two make-up sessions each student has per course.

If we cancel a course, or cannot reschedule a session we cancelled, we refund the affected sessions in full.

Senior Tech Cadets can pause for up to eight weeks around board or O/A-Level exams and keep their place. A pause is not charged. Tell us the dates in advance and we will hold the seat.
